What this site collects, why, and who else handles it. Blank Can is a trading name of Nordic Functional Brands UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales, no. 16929676. Questions and requests go to info@blankcan.eu.

When you ask for a design or sample cans

We store the brand name you type and the WhatsApp number or email you give. If you ask for sample cans, we also store your company name, business address, country, your logo and the drinks you tick. With every request we keep the page you sent it from, the campaign that brought you, your IP address and your browser type. We use this to make your design, send your samples and answer you, and the IP address to stop spam.

The brand name you try

When you type a brand name on the page, we record the last name you typed, even if you send nothing, to learn which names people try. We never record keystrokes. For the other fields we only note which ones were filled in, never what you wrote.

When you type a website address, or give an email address on your own domain, we read that public website to pick colours and a style for your can, and keep what we read to answer faster next time.

Chat

Messages you write in the chat, and the contact you leave there, are stored and passed to our team through Telegram. We keep them for 6 months after the last message, only to answer you.

Who handles it for us

Supabase stores requests and chats. Telegram carries our notifications and chat answers to the team. Resend sends and receives our email. Vercel hosts the site and counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. TypeSafe and Google Gemini see only the public website you type, never your details, to choose a style and read the logo for your can.

Visit statistics

Our own statistics note steps such as a page view, scrolling halfway, a WhatsApp click and how far a form got, tied to a random number kept in your browser tab. They hold no name, number or email.

Reddit ads

The site loads the Reddit pixel, which may set cookies, to measure our Reddit ads. If you arrive from one of those ads, your browser remembers the ad click. When you then send a request, we tell Reddit that a request came from the ad, with your email address, IP address and browser type, so Reddit can count the result.

In your browser

We keep a few small items in your browser storage, the campaign that brought you, a Reddit ad click, your language choice, your chat and a session number for the open tab. We set one cookie of our own, and only when you pick a language. It remembers that choice and nothing else.

How long we keep it

Chats for 6 months after the last message. Requests for designs and samples for as long as we work together, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@blankcan.eu.
